Dynamic distance cap (temporary)

I have temporarily set the max distance to dynamically expand until there are at least 10 users in range. This way anyone who joins will be able to see and interact with other users to learn about the features and hopefully spread the word.

In the long run, there are performance and privacy issues with an unlimited distance and I will be reducing the max distance again when it is appropriate.

But for now, match with some other users no matter where you live, and explore the system.
